The simple rules for ordering from us
These terms apply when you order photo restoration, colorization or animation from LOOF – Life Out of Frames through lifeoutofframes.com. If anything is unclear, email loof@eevolver.com before you order.

1. Who we are
LOOF – Life Out of Frames ("LOOF", "we", "us") restores, colorizes and animates photographs online for customers worldwide. Contact: loof@eevolver.com.
2. Packages and prices
Prices are in US dollars.

Add-ons are priced per photo: Background Change +$49, Clothing Adjustment +$39, Remove Person or Object +$49, Add Family Member +$99. Each add-on you select on the order form is charged for one photo. If you want an add-on on more than one photo, tell us which in your story and we will confirm with you before we start. A Memorial Composite ($129–$149) is quoted after a consultation and is not charged when you order.
Voice is not included in any package. If you already have a short recording you have the right to share, ask us and we will tell you whether it can be added.
3. Ordering
You order through the form on our order page: choose a package, upload your photos and tell us who is in them and the story behind them. We reply within 24 hours by email to confirm your photos and the story.
4. Payment
Payment is made in full when you order, through PayPal or Zelle only. Please include your order reference with your payment so we can match it to your photos. We start work once we have received both your photos and your payment.
5. Delivery
We deliver within one week of receiving your photos and payment. Complex composites may add 2–3 days. Your finished work is delivered to you digitally.
6. Revisions
1 revision is included if the result does not feel true. Tell us what feels wrong and we will adjust it.
7. Refunds
If you are not happy with your order, ask for a refund within one week of delivery and we will refund you in full. To ask, email loof@eevolver.com with your order reference. Refunds are sent back through the payment method you used (PayPal or Zelle).
8. Your photos
- By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to send us the photos and any voice recording, and to have them restored, colorized and animated.
- You keep all rights in your original photos. The finished pieces are yours to save, share and pass down.
- By uploading, you give us permission and consent to show the faces, for example as examples of our work. If you don't want your photos shown, say so in your story or email us, and we will not use them. See our Privacy Policy.
9. How we work
We use modern digital tools, including AI-assisted tools, for restoration, colorization and animation, and a person reviews every face before delivery. We do not invent details that were not in the original photograph. A black-and-white photo does not record color, so colorization is a careful, researched interpretation rather than a record of the original colors, and animation is a gentle interpretation of how the person might have moved.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
